That’s how customers perceive MobiMedia according to a customer satisfaction survey which was conducted recently among nearly 40% of customers. We’d like thank everyone for taking the time to participate in the survey and to share their valuable feedback with MobiMedia.
As per the survey, MobiMedia excels in the area of service which was rated as superb by more than 90% of respondents.
This feedback is particularly delightful for the company since adapting to individual customer needs is one of the guiding principles of the firm that employees live on a daily basis. This has also been confirmed by customers. They find that – in addition to MobiMedia’s long-term experience – customer focus is one of the company’s core differentiators as the anonymous comments in the survey reveal: “Keep it up! I have been working with you for over 15 years and have never been disappointed.”
Incentives and future responsibilities
Despite the positive survey results, MobiMedia does not want to bask in its success but wants to use the feedback to provide even more value to customers. “The aim of the poll was not to gather praise – even though that has been a fantastic incentive for all of our team members. Rather, the idea behind the survey was to identify room for improvement. Providing a tailored and personal service lies close to our hearts. We offer customised projects and solutions and therefore want to be able to adjust to our customers’ individual needs. That’s the only way to ensure long-term customer satisfaction”, comments Reinhold Wawrzynek, MobiMedia COO.
