MobiMedia launches QuinBox. QuinBox is your smart digital notepad with all the goods you have ordered, with ideas for arrangement and, of course, ideas for combination items. A journey through your ordered goods – so that the image you have at the POS is always correct. Do you need your limits quickly and easily? With QuinBox, you always have a quick overview of them.

QuinBox – easy, smart, user-friendly

If pre-order rates exceed 50% of sales, Open to Buy (NO) decides on success or failure. QuinBox now integrates all purchases – whether short-term or pre-order. This means that the goods at the POS, the expected deliveries from the previous order and the follow-up order can be optimally combined and coordinated.

For optimal purchasing planning, you can always keep an eye on your limits quickly and easily. You will have your numbers under control – without going to the effort of entering them yourself.

 

Would you like to always know what your product range looks like in detail?

In the QuinBox, your illustrated assortment is categorised into: sales reports, delivery dates, and suppliers. All this gives you optimised transparency about the status of your purchase and enables you to make quick, well-founded decisions for a coherent, attractive product image.

Does your purchasing team want matching accessories for the latest trends?

No problem: QuinBox ensures that buyers can now see their colleagues’ product images and everyone can coordinate and agree on their purchases together. This way, everything will always fit together on the respective shop floor or storage space.

The QuinBox is always ready for action wherever you need it:
in the showroom, as well as in team meetings and, of course, when placing orders online.

Downstream functions also become more effective: store decoration, product range maintenance and design will become much more effective for you and your team through the visual design of the purchasing experience.

The current data can be imported via a connector. In this way, the respective limits will automatically appear in the QuinBox. These existing interfaces optimise daily work. In this version, board views are possible on large screens. As the user, you can put together your individual collection from various sources by simply swiping the goods. A joint board of different purchasing groups ensures more transparency in the buyers’ teamwork and a strong-selling product range, as well as a harmonious presentation of goods on the sales floor.

QuinBox is now available for download in the App and Play Store. Optimised for Android and IOS smartphones, anyone can download the smart order assistant and use it immediately. After a free period, you will be charged €20 per user per month. The calculation is carried out centrally and not for each user individually.

Users can join forces and work together as a team. This means that every employee will have a complete overview of the current status of orders and limits.

The free version of the app is fully usable for users, so you can test the app thoroughly and easily without obligation. After 100 items have been entered, the app is no longer free to use. From this point on, 20€/user/month will be charged.

Simple operation and user-friendliness reduce the time and effort required to enter orders when compared to all manual systems. This makes purchasing fun again – your limits are always available at the same time.
